Cruises

In Orange Beach you can spend all day splashing in the surf and laying in the sand, then all evening getting really up-close and personal with the ocean. This town has beautiful cruises to offer its visitors. The Cold Mil fleet takes its passengers on a dolphin cruise which is an experience unlike any other. Get closer to sea wildlife than you’ve ever been and it’ll be the highlight of your trip. or take a sailing charter or sunset cruise to really see the location for its natural beauty while winding down, seeing the dolphins in their natural habitat, and watching the sun set on the water.

Museums

Many people deem the Orange Beach Art Center a must-see, especially if you’re into arts and culture. Try this out on a rainy day — or not, regardless of weather, you won’t regret taking a glass-blowing class, shopping the amazing paintings and clothing, and walking out on the gorgeous pier. If you’d like to make a day out of it, you can visit the Indian and Sea museum to get even more cultural history.

Outdoor Adventures

A lot of people book their Orange Beach vacation rentals thinking they’re going to spend their time walking the beach, but why not switch it up for another outdoor activity: walking a nature trail! The Back Country Trail lets you get close to the wilderness of Alabama — you might even spot some baby alligators, deer, and turtles — while still being close to the beach. The fauna and flora that grows on this well-maintained trail is truly a sight to see. It’s a great place to get some peace and quiet, and if you’re feeling like having a different type of adventure, you can rent a few bicycles, as bikers are welcome on the paths, too! If you’re the outdoorsy type, this is an experience you can’t skip.
